One of London’s truly great destinations, home to UNESCO World Heritage-listed Maritime Greenwich. Here you’ll find the Royal Observatory, the National Maritime Museum, and the Old Royal Naval College, home to the famous Painted Hall.
Further afield are unexpected treasures: the world’s largest collection of hand fans, a world-class private art collection at the Wernher, and beautiful historic palaces.
Tip: If you’re travelling to Greenwich from central London, you can travel along the Thames by taking an Uber Boat – https://www.visitgreenwich.org.uk/plan-your-trip/travel-information/by-boat. It’s a great way to get to the area (but takes longer and is more expensive than the Tube!)
