London’s leading museum dedicated to photography. It has no permanent collection, but instead has several temporary exhibitions running at any time, showcasing a wide range of historic and contemporary photography, across styles and geographies. My personal take on Photographers’ Gallery
I love the Photographers Gallery. Down a side street off of Oxford Street, it feels like it sometimes goes under the radar.

In my experience, the exhibitions are almost always interesting, thought-provoking and highly varied. They usually have a range of retrospectives and contemporary pieces, showcasing a particular movement, photographer or theme. It also has a great photography shop and cafe.
