Especially if you’ve got kids, the Postal Museum is well worth visiting for one reason: the Mail Rail. It’s really fun, informative and genuinely unique.

Aside from that, the museum is interesting but some of the exhibits feel a little bit dated (and I’ll be honest, by the end I found my interest in the postal service being stretched a little thin…). But overall, it’s a decent, engaging museum which sheds a light on an interesting history, including many aspects of post I’d never thought about before.
